Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the order date.
Q: I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Why?
A: Our emails sometimes land in spam, junk, or promotions folders. Please check those folders first. If you still don’t see it, email us and we’ll resend your confirmation.
Q: Why is my package arriving later than expected?
A: Once we hand your order over to the courier (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.), delivery times are out of our control. If your order is delayed, please contact the courier with your tracking number—or reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Q: Are all sales final?
A : Yes, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.
Q: I ordered the wrong tray/item but my order has not shipped yet. Can I change it?
A: Yes! As long as your order hasn’t shipped and the replacement item is of equal value, we’ll be happy to make the change. Just send us an email as soon as possible.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes, we offer local pickup. You can select this option at checkout if it's available in your area.
