Shipping policy

Please, allow 3-5 business days for all lash supply orders and 7-10 business days for all apparel orders to be processed and shipped by our store.

Business days do not include holidays, weekends or personal holidays.

If any shipping information  or order items are incorrect and must be changed BEFORE the product(s) have been shipped, please contact us at info@boujeeminkssllc.com to make corrections. 

All orders include shipping insurance to compensate customers for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your order is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact us via email (info@boujeeminkssllc.com) to file a claim. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the shipping date. Claims filed after that point will not be accepted.

When sending an email regarding a claim, include the order number in the subject line along with "Claim for (order number goes here)" Example: Claim for Order # 1234

Please allow 3-5 business days to receive a response regarding your claim. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
